When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between yourself and Horton’s Steam Fair.
Online Booking and tokens
Online deal bookings are designed to be collected on the day you have booked for. Although once you have redeemed your ticket for our Tokens at the token booth onsite, these tokens do not expire and can be used at any of our events throughout.
Free ride tokens can be used on any ride but cannot be used on side stall games or to purchase food.
Please note height and age restrictions are in place on all rides, please see our website for each ride’s restrictions.
Refunds / Exchanges
Full refund within 7 days’ notice, excluding booking fee.
We do not offer refunds with less than 7 days’ notice. However, if extenuating circumstances mean you are unable to attend the fair on the day you have booked, we may be able to honour your deal and allow your tokens and free rides to be collected on a different date or event. This is at the managers discretion.
Horton’s Steam Fair cannot be held accountable for lost tokens.
In the unlikely event we must cancel an event due to circumstances out of our control Horton’s Steam Fair will always give the option of a full refund.
No refunds can be given for non-operational rides.
Events
Some of the events we attend are ticketed. These can only be purchased directly with the event organisers. Please ensure you have a valid event ticket to gain access to the site.
Horton’s Steam fair will clearly show which events are ticketed and will not be responsible for any tokens purchased in error by those without a valid event ticket.
Purchasing tokens for the fairground on those event days does not include entry to the event.
Rides are subject to availability and may vary by location.
All rides and game stalls must be used in accordance with operators instructions.
The management reserves the right to refuse services to any person or persons they believe are behaving in an inappropriate, aggressive, threatening, or abusive manner without refund.
The management reserve the right to refuse services to any persons under the influence of drug/ alcohol without refund.
Disclaimer and limitations of liability
Horton’s Steam Fair Ltd uses reasonable actions to ensure that all the information on this website is correct, accurate and up to date. However, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness.
Horton’s Steam Fair Ltd will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
Horton’s Steam fair reserve the right to amend any part of our terms at any time if deemed necessary.
Horton’s Steam Fair takes all reasonable steps to ensure a reliable service, Horton’s Steam Fair will not be liable to you or be deemed in breach of contract by any reason or occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control. Including without limitation internet and communication outages, power cuts, fire, flood, war or act of God.
The refunding of any token due to circumstances arising from any dispute for whatever reason cannot be made at the token booth. All refund requests must be sent in writing to enquiries@hortonssteamfair.co.uk
